32nd Infantry, (3rd Reserves) First State Color. Primarily from Philadelphia, Bucks, and Berks counties, the 3rd PA Reserves was formed in June 1861, receiving its first state color on September 10, 1861. The flag was retired on December 17, 1863 when the regiment was presented with a replacement flag. The regiment was mustered out of service on June 16,1864.
